My review is slightly different to the others. I’ve never met Paul or used him to sell a property. I was interested in a property that he was selling and was most impressed that he contacted me within 10 minutes of me sending the email, during a weekend when I expected him to be closed. He happily spent time chatting to me and arranged a viewing for me. During our conversation with his sellers, I felt that he had given them very good advice when dealing with prospective buyers. This experience has left me feeling that I would certainly speak to Paul if I were selling a property with a view to asking him to market it.

I recently purchased a flat during lockdown without being able to physically view it. Paul was acting as Estate Agent for the seller but I must say that he could not have been more helpful to me as the buyer. He took a lot of time to give me an excellent virtual viewing of the property. He also knew a lot about the property which was extremely useful as I was not able to meet the owner and ask questions. I felt happy to put in an offer and Paul negotiated a purchase price between myself and the seller. I did have a number of follow up questions. Paul dealt with these very promptly and efficiently and was always most helpful. He was good at answering any emails very quickly. The purchase went through incredibly smoothly and I am delighted with the flat. I felt confident in my dealings with Paul that he was being frank and open with myself although I was not actually his client. Having met his client when I collected the keys, I know that she was also delighted with his service and the outcome. So seller and buyer were both very happy with his friendly and professional service.
