There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact with either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email at any time! As an independent / online estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 5 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
I will only ever take on the number of property sales that I can deal with. This way you can be assured that your property will always remain a top priority for me. This means that requested viewing appointments will be met at my earliest available opportunity. Afterall, viewings are essential in order to achieve a maximum selling price.
Not being limited to a 9am – 5pm service means that I am far better equipped to deal with those buyers who simply cannot call to enquire about properties while they are busy at their work.
I offer an accompanied viewings service but also understand that some clients will prefer to carry-out their own viewings. There are pros and cons for both. Ultimately, the arrangement should be the one that fits in with the client’s lifestyle, not the preference of the agent.
